11) Attend meetings and conferences participates in other activities to promote professional growth

12) Instruct individuals to monitor their own speech provides ways to practice new skills

13) May act as consultant to educational, medical, and other professional groups

14) May conduct research to develop diagnostic remedial techniques

15) May serve as consultant to classroom teachers to incorporate speech language development activities into daily schedule
