14) Track all display expenditures against budgets, maintaining an ongoing ledger for communication review with management

15) Maintain comprehensive files and records of all design project correspondence, presentations, contracts invoices

16) Prepare drawings for product suites, vignettes other displays using the latest release of autocad

17) Maintain current base drawings of each location in autocad

18) Field verify existing conditions accurately create as-built drawings for historical records using cad standards

19) Execute projects as needed by managers within the merchandising team
