11) Support VoIP infrastructure its associated software, including IP-PBXs, call management systems, voice mail, and interactive voice response

12) Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance

13) Perform and test routine system backups restores

14) Serve as cornerstone for escalating server issues

15) Provide timely response to customer escalations

16) Perform day-to-day network maintenance like ensuring adequate file server space virus detection

17) Manage enterprise directory services supporting server infrastructure

18) Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation technical specifications information

19) Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance

20) Responsible to recommend, schedule, and perform software hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases

21) Plan implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches

22) Responsible to develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration appropriate use
