25) Send letters to consumers

29) Answer calls take voice mails off of the med line voice mail box in a timely manner

30) Log each call on a medication request form pull chart to attach form and place in a box for nurse or doctor to complete. call clients back obtain additional information or let them know script is completed

31) Assist nurse with prior authorizations for medication process including prepping forms for nurse faxing them

32) Track prior authorization request on a spreadsheet
