Roles and responsibilities

My job duties were to:

1) Assist with the gathering, reviewing, and selecting of input data needed for payroll. assist with the printing of the associates pay statements other required payroll reports

2) Assist with the putting together wage assignments per court order through the use of the payroll system, provide accurate precise withholdings not to exceed the individuals disposable earnings per the consumer credit protection act

3) Receive, scrutinize, enter associates new/changed withholding forms prepare the withholding forms for scanning. with a high degree of accuracy, maintain associates payroll tax withholding files

4) Assist with the daily maintenance, weekly deduction maintenance to all payrolls, perform wage and worker comp verifications, unemployment forms the daily mail

5) Perform all other related tasks as assigned required
