Job Duties:

9) Observe oil and water pipes during mixing process to make sure that oil water are flowing into mixer.
10) Feel dough on conveyor to detect defects, like excessively dry, moist, or lumpy dough.
11) Scoop cup of dough from initial batch of mix for quality assurance testing.
12) Notify supervisor of dough not meeting mixing standards of equipment malfunction..
