What is a Job Offer Letter?

  • Length of the trial period, if any.
  • Type of collective agreement, with classification, level, qualification, duties of the worker, etc.
  • Location of the workplace and weekly hours in which the worker will carry out his duties.
  • Agreed remuneration.
  • Duration of the holiday period and their usability.
  • Terms of notice in case of withdrawal.
  • Consent to the processing of personal data.

In addition, it's possible to add other accessory clauses, such as:

  • Non competition agreement.
  • Penalty clause in case of non-compliance.
  • Any confidentiality commitments.
