Abrasive Jet Operator Job Description

Main job duties of 'abrasive jet operator' include: Prepares the part to be jetted, cleaning superficially, to remove dust and other loose residues; Activates the abrasive jet, manipulating the compressed air device and directing the jet over the casting, to remove grease, crusts, stains and other adhesions from the surface of piece; Touches up the cleaning of piece, rubbing with tow, to give the desired finish and appearance.
