Chemical Dryer Operator Job Description

Main job duties of 'chemical dryer operator' include: Transports the liquids or sediments to be treated, using vats, deposits and other containers or through a pumping system, to place the substances to be treated inside ovens, drying chambers or discontinuous evaporators; Makes the steam or hot air penetrate into the drying chamber, activating valves and devices, to start drying liquids; Controls the temperature and air circulation in dryer, observing thermometers and hydrometers and regulating the control devices, to give liquids and sediments the recommended treatment.
