Employee Duties & Responsibilities

1) Research prepare payments to include appropriate number.

2) Reconcile various payment instruments for making sure system of record payment instrument are equal.

3) Endorse & prepare daily cash deposits complete cash control sheet daily.

4) Follow established procedures for processing cash.

5) Accurately post payoffs total loss by using appropriate code for timely release of cleared title and/or contract.

6) Accurately post recovery ancillary payments by using appropriate code for reporting forecasting metrics.

7) Accurately post trustee attorney payments.

8) Process lockbox transmittal corrections or rejects daily in an accurate manner.

9) Maintain suspense file in accordance with policy.

10) Ensure unidentified and/or non-negotiable payments are reviewed and resolved in an accurate and timely manner, obtaining proper support approval before performing corrections, submitting a check request, or sending instrument back to remitter.

11) Provide quality customer service to incoming calls, written requests, and co-workers as needed.
