Employee Duties & Responsibilities

1) Provide quality nurse care to a variety of patients.

2) Serve as a member of the treatment team in motivating patients redirecting their behavior toward treatment plan goals.

3) Provide complete personal hygiene care needs.

4) Responsible to turn and position patients to maintain proper body alignment, lifts, ambulates transfer patients.

5) Promote the physical independence of the patient by encouraging and teaching individual patients and groups of patients in self-care activities, like progressive steps in personal hygiene, bathing and oral care; assisting in teaching encouraging other care activities like eating, dressing, undressing, and bladder other training as needed.

6) Prepare patients for meals, feeds; assisting those requiring assistance.

7) Responsible to take, record vital signs, weights, neurological checks, and circulatory checks.

8) Lead by example in defining a customer service culture to make sure that all customers are treated with respect civility.
