This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of preassembler printed circuit board occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Attaches preassembled components, like terminal pins, connectors, and labels, to printed circuit boards Pcbs stamps identification codes on boards preparatory to further assembly.

2) Examines Pcbs for illegible issue numbers and removes & restamps numbers, using eraser handstamp.

3) Reads work specifications for defining type of labels, components and locations on Pcbs to attach items.

4) Cuts component pins wires to specified length, using wire cutters, inserts pins in specified holes on Pcbs, and secures pins to Pcbs, using holding block hammer or pneumatically powered stamping device.

5) Affixes labels and tape to boards stamps identification codes on boards..
