Position Summary:

1) Write directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

2) Develop maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

3) Develop & manage reports in areas of hr payroll.

4) Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

9) Keep records of benefits plans participation like insurance, personnel transactions like hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics.
