Employee Duties & Responsibilities

1) Facilitate the timely and accurate data entry process for all subcontracts, subcontractor applications, change orders, general conditions expense reports.

2) Proof all batches for making sure accuracy and distribute to the accountant for final review authorization/approval to post.

3) Assist accountant in preparation of application for payment.

4) Assist accountant in the preparation/maintenance of all financial reports associated related.

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Manage own time and the time of others.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
