This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of lithography contact worker occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Combines multiple photographic film images onto single film to assist in film assembly stripping process for lithographic printing.

2) Aligns negative or positive film image over unexposed film duplicating or contact places film assembly into or on top of vacuum frame.

3) Lowers top of frame or places vinyl sheeting over film & activates vacuum to maintain contact between original unexposed film.

4) Sets time controls and activates high intensity light source that exposes film to specified amount of time light.

5) Removes negative or positive places exposed film in automatic processor that develops image on film..
