Position Summary:

1) Greet customers with friendly sincere welcome.

2) Remain calm and attentive during heavy activities emergencies.

3) Serve as remote front desk support location to assist guests in picking up room keys or in express check out.

4) Provide professional concierge services like arranging confirmation of reservations, dining, spa and arrangements for off premise activities, including but not limited to dining, transportation services or car rentals.

5) Conduct Pre-Arrival calls for guests make preliminary arrangements for guest stay.

6) Maintain a peaceful and service friendly environment in the lobby including - but are not limited to - food and/or beverage service light housekeeping duties of the lobby space.

Minimum skills required:

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Manage own time and the time of others.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
