Employee Duties & Responsibilities

1) Ensure the safety and protection of customers employees.

2) Answer calls to assist both customers and associates with respect to safety security operations.

3) Assist sick/injured customers or associates ensuring all documentation, reporting witness statements have been completed within a timely manner.

4) Write incident accident reports, monitor investigations to their timely conclusion.

5) Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers, visitors employees, documenting all contacts.

6) Maintain accurate records while performing basic duties including, but not limited to, camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook employee/customer interactions.

7) Perform frequent bag checks for associates leaving.

8) Interact with special customers that need privacy when entering/exiting.

9) Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer or associate issues.

10) Assist supervisor or director in checking alarm systems, safety and fire alarm systems and closely monitoring security of building doors, service areas, delivery areas grounds.

11) Assist management in emergency situations by knowing all safety procedures and leading/directing customers associates to safety.
