Responsibilities

1) Manage logistical processes for events meetings that come not related to foundation activities.

2) Provide organizational logistical administrative support to the department.

3) Schedule meetings; addressing e-mails & phone calls interaction with other foundation departments maintaining mailing lists other duties as assigned.

4) Provide organizational and logistical support for designated events in the form of but not limited to mailing coordination response tracking researching venues assisting with room set-up working with event vendors.

5) Maintain event data in including mailing lists participant lists event reports.

6) Provide support in tracking and pulling reports briefing for the team.

7) Process check requests run budget reports.
