Employee Duties & Responsibilities
1) Provide direct resident care while promoting resident dignity independence choice.
2) Regularly observe residents physical mental conditions.
3) Report changes to the health services director expressions coordinator or executive director.
4) Assist with adls; taking vital signs and weights and accurately documenting care services provided and observations on communication log & incident reports; reporting & documenting all incidents accidents immediately.
5) Assist residents to and from dining room activities.
6) Perform first aid; initiating emergency response procedures as required.
7) Greet residents visitors staff courteously; answering phones when assigned.
8) Serve meals in the dining room assisting residents at meal time.
9) Provide resident tray delivery assisting with dining room and kitchen clean up maintenance.
10) Assist with tours move-ins move-outs coordinating personal care service with co-workers assisting with lifting.
11) Assist with apartment housekeeping services residents laundry.
12) Participate in training in-services staff meetings.
