Position Summary:

1) Responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service financial profitability.

2) Provide information recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries including but not limited to directions hours of outlet operation hotel services transportation & travel arrangements tour and event tickets restaurant reservations medical care.

3) Process deliver messages for guests.

4) Retrieve mail small packages facsimiles for guests as requested.

5) Arrange and confirm recreational business and dining activities both inside outside the hotel for guests.

6) Respond to special requests for services including but not limited to dentists doctors child care florists.

7) Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly efficient manner.

8) Register vip guests as needed.

9) Promote hotel marketing programs distribute printed materials as needed.
