Job duties and responsibilities - are to:

1) Coordinate the placement, execution follow-up of manufacturing orders

2) Ensure the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods

3) Ensure timely execution of product development calendar

4) Perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress in-transit to make sure timely delivery according to development calendar

5) Distribute production status reports

6) Follow-up with vendors, factories Design/Merchandising as needed

7) Partner with merchandisers to confirm accuracy of size breaks, tickets, and also item information

8) Maintain approved vendor matrix, with costing production capacity portfolio

9) Maintain production orders

10) Monitor transmission to factories

11) Coordinate records of purchase orders

12) Coordinate tracking of all pre-production samples stock deliveries

13) Maintain product development logs, liability inventory, and also production archives library

14) Track non-compliance/claims

15) Coordinate fit process with Design as well as Merchandising ensure detailed notes are kept

16) Enforce production standards

17) Assist Production Manager in product development with Merchandising, Design as well as Sales to make sure correct execution of products attainment of agreed-upon margin goals

18) Assist in negotiations on pricing to make sure profitability, where appropriate; track customs classification

19) Raise quality as well as technical issues with factories, mills, vendors teams

20) Track capacity performance of vendors for Production Manager

21) Track accurate costing commitments to raw materials, where appropriate

22) Build collaborative relationships, coordinate interoffice communication as well as follow-up with internal external customers
