Responsibilities - are to:

6) Start, stops, and also controls speed of machine with pedal

7) Observe yarn to detect slubs broken or tangled ends; cuts out slubs, using scissors, and also ties broken yarn ends with fingers

8) Insert lease strings at intervals to preserve arrangement of yarn

9) Secure ends of yarn on beam with gummed tape
