Finisher Card Tender Job Contract Example

Contracting for job title / position: "finisher card tender" grade III.

Job duties and responsibilities - are to:

1) Tend finisher carding machine with tape condenser that cleans straightens wool, asbestos, or synthetic fibers, and also condenses fiber into roving

2) Observe carding plus condensing to detect clogged rollers breaks in roving ends

3) Laps broken roving ends over spool to resume winding

4) Remove broken roving ends that have wound on other than specified spools, using fingers

5) Doff full spools of roving, places empty spool in winding position, and also wraps roving ends around empty spool to continue winding process

6) Remove fibers from clogged rollers by hand

7) Clean machine, using airhose rake, and also oils moving parts

8) May feed machine by hand when carding asbestos fiber
