Job duties and responsibilities - are to:

1) Greet customers with friendly sincere welcome

2) Remain calm plus attentive during heavy activities emergencies

3) Serve as remote front desk support location to assist guests in picking up room keys or in express check out

4) Provide professional concierge services like arranging confirmation of reservations, dining, spa as well as arrangements for off premise activities, including but not limited to dining, transportation services or car rentals

5) Conduct Pre-Arrival calls for guests make preliminary arrangements for guest stay

6) Maintain a peaceful as well as service friendly environment in the lobby including - but are not limited to - food and/or beverage service light housekeeping duties of the lobby space
