It is important to know what your strengths and weaknesses are and what you can offer a future employer. Many elements determine your abilities:

Training

In high school already, you have chosen a certain orientation and, for the rest of your training, you have made a very specific choice. Make a list of the knowledge and skills you learned during your studies. How do you intend to put them into practice?

Hobby

The experience you have gained in a setting other than your studies is an added bonus. Examples: You are the leader of a youth movement, you volunteer in the World Shops, you have done some student jobs, you have exciting hobbies ... You can also take advantage of these activities in your search. a job.

Preference

Think about the type of work you would like to do in order to better target your search. Are you more interested in working outside or doing office work? Do you prefer to work alone or in teams? Do you want a lot of human contact? Are you looking for challenges in the form of goals to be achieved? Try to define your ideal job. What is important to you?

Personality

your character also determines your abilities. Note some positive aspects of your personality. What are your character traits that work in your favor for certain jobs? Are you introverted or extroverted? Active or passive? Patient or impatient? Do you quickly make contacts? Is listening one of your strengths? You can always ask family members or friends for help.
