Speed ​​of execution and physical stamina

Most catering occupations require you to work on your feet for a long time, doing many tasks at the same time. The speed of execution is a fundamental skill, as regards both the preparation of the dishes and the table service.

Communication skills

Knowing how to communicate effectively is fundamental, in the kitchen brigade as in the dining room: it serves the waiters and the Maître to better manage the relationship with customers, but also for the cooks to coordinate activities in the kitchen.
