Which KPIs are Important on Instagram

KPIs (key performance indicators), the name says it all, are variables to map the performance of a company, brand or product. They are used to measure the success of the company in general, or the success of a particular promotion or campaign. KPIs can be anything such as website visits, completed contact forms, ebook downloads or scheduled appointments. Determining KPIs for a website can be done for most, but what about social media?

The success of an Instagram page is often measured by likes and reactions. And of course, these are certainly important. But likes and reactions aren't always the thing that really grows your business. Other KPIs can contribute much more to this.

SET SMART GOALS

If you don't know what your goal is, it will also be difficult to measure whether you're achieving this goal. Therefore, always start by setting smart goals for your company. Record it and analyze how many collaborations you actually get out of it.

Traditionally, a lead is someone who leaves contact information in exchange for more information, often through the website. But a lead can also be someone who registers through Instagram for your course or requests information about a product / service.
