Do I have to use a recruitment agency?

In addition to their basic function of matching you with suitable jobs, they offer various benefits. For example, specialized agencies have strong knowledge of their industry and can advise you on the best ways to break a career.

They are well connected, which means that your resume isn't only put forward for vacancies, but can also be sent speculatively to a number of employers.
