  • Convey or assists other workers to convey panels to floor of home
  • Position panels in sequence specified by blueprints & verifies alignment, using measuring tape template
  • Fasten panels to specified sidewall and floor areas and to adjacent panels to form closets and dividing walls, using power screwdriver staple gun
  • Lift and positions ceiling panels in place, using hoist nails or screws panels to roof truss, using hammer, staple gun or power screwdriver

  • Repair minor defects, like loose wall panels, missing trim, and defective door catches, using pneumatic stapler screwdriver

Closet Builder Occupation

Job Duties:

Job Duties:

  • Perform any combination of following duties concerned with making concrete columns to be used as wall panel ceiling supports in concrete buildings
  • Clean forms of concrete residue, using putty knife, hammer, chisel, wire brush and broom
  • Spray oil on forms to prevent concrete from sticking to form, using pressure sprayer
  • Assemble forms, using bolts wrench
  • Place opened sided aluminum column forms on form bed in specified alignment
  • Position pipe inside columns tapes end of pipe to prevent entry of concrete, using masking tape
  • Attach end pieces of forms that hold pipe concrete when concrete is poured
  • Insert metal spacers into open side of column to stabilize column sides during pouring of concrete
  • Signal Concrete-Mixing-Truck Driver construction to position mixer to fill columns
  • Move discharge chute of mixer to distribute concrete
  • Operate electric vibrator to evacuate air bubbles allow even distribution of concrete in column form
  • Disassemble removes column form, using wrench, hammer, and chisel
  • Insert secures sleeve fittings on end of pipe, using screwdriver
  • Place cast columns in storage area.

Component Assembler Supervisor Occupation

Job Duties:

  • Supervise coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling components for manufactured buildings
  • Examine completed components to define whether components, like cabinets, sink tops, door casings and closets, conform to specifications
  • Train new workers in component assembly techniques
  • Perform other duties as described under Supervisor any industry Master Title.

Concrete building Assembler Occupation

Job Duties:

  • Perform any combination of following duties concerned with assembling concrete buildings at construction site, working as member of crew
  • Position column location templates at specified locations on prepared concrete foundations for installing wall panel support columns
  • Nail template to floor, using cement nails hammer
  • Enlarge recessed area around reinforcement rod projecting from floor at column installation site to make sure proper height of column when installed, using hammer chisel
  • Wets area with water to make sure bonding of mortar, and applies mortar with trowel
  • Install column in wet mortar with protruding pipe end of column down over rod
  • Align braces column vertically, using bubble lever, board, nails, and hammer
  • Nail upper column support templates to top of columns, using hammer measures distance between columns, using tape
  • Install outside inside wall panels that have tongue-and-groove edges, using pneumatic hoist
  • Insert pin through hoist hooks and holes in concrete wall panels to lift position panels between columns
  • Signal worker to operate hoist to maneuver panel past rough spots in grooves of columns
  • Remove obstructions in grooves with hammer chisel
  • Patch holes, cracks, and joints in assembled sections of building, using mortar trowel.

Dry wall Sprayer Occupation

Job Duties:

  • Spray vinyl base compound on interior sheetrock walls of factory-built modular homes to produce plaster effect
  • Measure and pours compound ingredients into mixing vat according to mixing chart blends ingredients, using electric blender
  • Pour compound into spray gun reservoir
  • Connect airlines to spray gun adjusts nozzle to required spray density
  • Pull trigger, and directs spray onto wall surfaces to produce plaster appearance
  • Adjust spraying distance, spray density, and air pressure as required to enhance plaster effect
  • Inspect sprayed surfaces to detect missed areas and corrects defects, using knife spray gun.
