Crocheter Career Duties
- Operate machine to crochet trimmings on knitted garments

- Start fans which circulate heat and rolls which pull wet material over spreader and through chamber to stretch dry knitted material.
Drum dyeing machine Operator Career Duties
- Tend machines that dye and finish knitted garments, like hosiery sweaters
- Turn valves to admit water steam into machine to specified level
- Pour dye, cleaning agents, or finishing chemicals into machine
- Turn thermostat and timing device to set temperature dyeing time, according to formula
