11) Responsible to facilitate counseling sessions, review youth behavior with Child and Family Team, develop conflict resolution strategies and skill-building level work, perform crisis intervention, schedule and attend regular Child Family Team Meetings, and model appropriate, positive behavior

12) Develop a written, multi-faceted Individualized Service

13) Assign level work to educate and teach skill building strategies/techniques to assist and encourage youth to achieve goals objectives outlined in the plan

14) Participate in program outreach, maintaining public relations and providing program information; liaising with community organizations and agencies; developing and distributing educational & informational; assisting with community events fund raising efforts
