ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

My job duties were to:

1) Responsible to identify and define the business needs technical solution to fulfill the requirements

2) Responsible to create, maintain and communicate requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions establish metrics for success

3) Write detailed requirements specifications, functional specifications technical design document, use cases, workflow charts, test plans and overall system roadmap artifacts

4) Responsible for requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, results verification, defect resolutions overall release sign-off

5) Provide support for users by writing maintaining user documentation

6) Lead the end-user training effort during new system handover
