My job duties were to:

1) Negotiate with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts

2) Negotiate, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates contracts

3) Formulate coordinates procurement proposals

4) Direct coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals

5) Evaluate or monitors contract performance to define necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations

6) Approve or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications delivery schedules

7) Arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts

8) Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to define reasonableness of prices

9) May negotiate collective bargaining agreements

10) May serve as liaison officer to make sure fulfillment of obligations by contractors.
