Roles and Responsibilities
My job duties were to:

1) Review all relevant subcontractor invoices to make sure completeness and consistency with work order period of performance scope of work

2) Work with country teams to develop financial tracking tools necessary to properly monitor expenses pipelines for each Task Orders

3) Verify field office conducted proof of delivery reconciliations for all distribution

4) Coordinate with the appropriate field office personnel subcontractor staff to identify the appropriate course of action to approve or modify the respective invoice

5) Ensure that all deliverables have been completed, and are properly documented, prior to making vendor payments

6) Attend country management team meetings as necessary to stay informed of activity plans program issues

7) Track operational expenses including and not limited to, distribution trends for all products being warehoused, fuel consumption, average monthly warehousing costs, average transportation and distribution costs, planning managing subcontracts, and other expenses as identified

8) Help monitor subcontractor performance and to identify document any performance issues

9) Identify supply chain operational challenges

10) Assist with creating monitoring budgets
