ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

My job duties were to:

1) Update necessary tracking systems to make sure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy

2) Coordinate all tasks related to budgeting revenue invoicing purchase orders, provide data entry to support management ensuring accurate tracking of budget

3) Create & distributes correspondence relevant to the team project or program internal external

4) Assist with administrative preparation for various meetings

5) Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status

6) Develop and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs, continues to monitor for integrity completeness

7) Provide ad hoc reports as requested

8) Provide additional administrative support as required
