14) Professional contact via telephone with all other hotel departments like reservations sales housekeeping bell staff and engineering to make sure that hotel services are coordinated to provide the best in guest employee satisfaction

15) Assist guests and other departments with shipping receiving needs

16) Log all package messages in the property management system as required by the hotel

17) Check package log and storage daily to make sure that all packages are being kept track of properly that all guests are aware of the receipt of anything
