Job Duties [are to]:
Control equipment to prepare mixture of mash yeast for use in manufacture of distilled liquors

Weigh specified quantities of rye malt meal, depending upon amount of yeast required plus dumps them into yeast tub cooker filled with specified amount of water

Open valves to admit steam that circulates through coil pipes in tub cooks mixture

Start revolving blades in tub to agitate mixture as it cooks

Observe temperature gauges increases or decreases steam pressure to maintain constant temperature as mash cooks

Pour yeast culture into cooked mash mixes mash with revolving blades

Stop revolving blades when mash yeast are thoroughly mixed

Test mash to define temperature as well as specific gravity proof , using thermometer hydrometer, and also records results

Observe gauges increases or decreases steam to make sure that mash ferments at constant temperature

Notify Fermentation Operator beverage when mash is ready to be pumped into fermentation tank

Remove sample of mash for laboratory analysis.

Contract Includes:

A) Reporting: you will report to "supervisor job title and name"

B) Basic salary: the offered yeast maker position is at a "salary/wage"... of "salary/rate per hour" per "period in year/month/ week or hour".

C) Work hours: your working hours will start from 09:00 AM till 17:00 PM

D) Vacations: your vacation is 2 days per week

E) Compensations and benefits: your position compensations and benefits are: "group insurance, dental care, health care, and transportation"
