1) Direct phases of projects from inception through completion.

2) Responsible for schedule, the cost, technical performance quality of the assigned project.

3) Responsible for defining project scope, goals deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders users.

4) Create full-scale project plans associated communications documents.

5) Responsible for establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans schedules.

6) Communicate project expectations to stakeholders and team members in a timely clear fashion.

7) Liaise with stakeholders of project on an ongoing basis.

8) Responsible for estimating the resources participants needed to achieve project goals.

9) Responsible to identify and manage project dependencies critical path.

10) Document the progress of project including implementation, timelines, issues, successes risks.

11) Provide regular updates to management, team on work performed, plans, budget execution status.

12) Support proposals preparation, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms conditions of contract.

13) Responsible for identifying project problems obtaining solutions, like allocation of resources or changing contractual specs.

14) Responsible for managing, developing and coordinating customer requirements of complex systems defining integration requirements across multiple systems/processes.

15) Direct the work of employees and/or subcontractors assigned to the project including from service, technical, finance, contract, administrative Program Management Office areas.

16) Direct diagnostics with the ability to define root cause corrective actions.

17) Responsible for developing implementing KPIs - Key Performance Indicators.
