Main Job Roles (Career Tasks):

1) Work in a confidential highly responsive relationship with management.

2) Prepare letters, presentations reports.

3) Compile data from numerous sources produces summary reports as required.

4) Responsible to establish, maintain revise departmental files.

5) Responsible to receive prioritize telephone calls, business visitors, and incoming mail.

6) Route mail inquiries to proper personnel.

7) Maintain calendars, schedule appointments.

8) Arrange departmental meetings/conferences.

9) Coordinate travel for departmental personnel.

10) Assist with tracking maintaining departmental budgets.

11) Assist management in determining budget requirements.

12) Prepare materials for departmental meetings.

13) Ensure meetings are prepared in advance with any telecom, video-conference or net-meetings are set up as required.
