Main Job Roles / Career Tasks:

1) Assists department chairperson, faculty members or other professional staff members in college or university, by performing any combination of following duties.

2) Assists in library, develops teaching materials, like syllabi and visual aids, assists in laboratory or field research, prepares & gives examinations, assists in student conferences, grades examinations papers and teaches lower-level courses.

3) May be designated by duties performed, or equipment operated..

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Manage own time and the time of others.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
