Main Job Roles / Career Tasks:

1) Responsible for providing analytical support to projects.

2) Handle a full range of project components.

3) Organize project tasks, structures information collection activities; setting time lines for completion of required tasks.

4) Develop reports on analysis conducted; providing recommendations making formal presentations to communicate results to various management levels.

5) Develop new approaches for finding additional needed information.

6) Demonstrate initiative in identifying alternative solutions to issues in the project or department which are reasonably complex require an understanding.

7) Help develop project plans to make sure timely deliverables successful completion of project.

8) Assist in assessing workforce needs resulting from project implementation.

9) Assist in identifying and developing performance management training tools.

10) Develop mechanism by which to track project best practices in order to make sure these are leveraged into comparable future projects.

11) Follow up of action items with assigned team members; ensuring actions meetings are met.

12) Provide meeting notes as required.

13) Support Project Manager monitoring follow up.
