This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of accounts executive occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Responsible for representing selling products.

2) Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.

3) Contact established customer base.

4) Contact prospective customers to solicit orders; establishing new relationships.

5) Demonstrate product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

6) Quote prices credit terms; preparing sales contracts for orders obtained.

7) Administer item changes assuring highest level of compliance.

8) Attend required customer company scheduled meeting.

9) Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production delivery schedules.
