CAREER TASKS - DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of credit controller occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Follow up on overdue debts.

2) Ensure that credit limits are not exceeded outside the discretionary limit.

3) Control of the Accounts Receivables according to the debt collection procedure.

4) Identify high risk accounts; taking appropriate action.

5) Generate reminders account statements.

6) Resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices.

7) Work to strict monthly annual collections targets - AOP.

8) Manage of blocked orders; releasing, reporting and communication towards business customers alike.

9) Review - periodically - customers payment performance credit facilities.

10) Highlight to management changes on credit facilities trading conditions.

11) Ensure that delinquent accounts are placed on hold for deliveries / services business is informed accordingly.

12) Work on monitoring external financial data affecting our customers.

13) Ensure that all account settings are daily reviewed maintained.

14) Provide business with Ad Hoc reports.

15) Conduct business in a manner that promotes both internal external customer satisfaction.
