CAREER TASKS - DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of chief financial officer occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Direct all aspects of the Finance Accounting functions of the organization.

2) Ensure credibility of the Finance group by assembling and providing timely & accurate monthly management reporting, variance analysis, financial trends and forecasts, and all regulatory required reports statement.

3) Establish maintain strong relationships with all employees so as to identify their needs.

4) Seek full range of business solutions.

5) Provide executive management of the company with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

6) Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance business opportunities.

7) Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation reporting.

8) Ensure that effective internal controls are in place.

9) Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws rules.
