CAREER TASKS - DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of it project manager occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Manage day-to-day PM project activities like scope, cost, schedule, issue and risk tracking and vendor management on rapid highly visible initiatives.

2) Collaborate with business owners to understand enhancements needed, design implement solutions.

3) Work with IT technical teams resource managers to build a cohesive project team.

4) Conduct project planning and status meetings with assigned IT business staff resources.

5) Create schedules spreadsheets.

6) Lead each assigned project through the full project lifecycle like initiation, planning, execution, transition close.

7) Demonstrate a high level of expertise in overall systems design including workflow business processes.
