This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of administration manager occupation:

MAIN TASKS:

1) Provide analytic support for financial planning, forecasting and ongoing expense analysis reporting, working closely with each area within the HR Planning.

2) Manage the monthly chargeback processes reconciliations.

3) Manage the Business Continuation & Records Management plans ensuring compliance with all testing plan management.

4) Represent the organization on enterprise-wide initiatives ensuring compliance with enterprise governance.

5) Work closely with the Law Department to manage and execute vendor contracts; providing ongoing reporting expense analysis for key contract processes.

6) Support the VP, Administration on various cross functional projects initiatives.

* OTHER WORK DUTIES MAY BE DESCRIBED BASED ON THE BUSINESS/INDUSTRY NEEDS FROM - ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - POSITION.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Manage own time and the time of others.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
