2) Formulate training policies schedules, utilizing knowledge of identified training needs.

3) Develop testing evaluation procedures.

4) Execute training strategies.

6) Ensure that training programs are executed to highly enjoyable standards.

7) Develop key metrics programs to monitor training excellence.
