Main Job Roles / Career Tasks:

1) Keep inventory of all building supplies; reporting needs of necessary tools, supplies, equipment to efficiently service maintaining the property.

2) Maintain records of work performed by maintenance staff.

3) Report any tenant violations to management immediately like objects blocking hallways or fire escapes and destruction of property.

4) Check boilers hot water heaters for leaks.

5) Follow the preventative maintenance program.

6) Keep record of all the inspections/work done.

7) Perform daily inspections of the property.

8) Report all emergencies or repairs needed in the building.

9) Assign work to the staff on a daily basis.

10) Perform random inspections of the work done by the maintenance staff; making sure that it was done properly.
