This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of line cook occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Prepare cold food items including but not limited to salads fruits dressings fish items and appetizers according to designated recipes quality standards.

2) Maintain cleanliness comply with food sanitation standards at all times.

3) Manage guest orders in a friendly timely efficient manner.

4) Ensure knowledge of menu food products.

5) Maintain designated food stations.

6) Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.

7) Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local company regulations.
