1) Responsible to initiate develop overall objectives.

2) Responsible to assess needs, establish procedures; develop specific objective and strategies & implement the processes procedures for the evaluation of each program.

3) Develop an operational framework & Responsible to establish procedures for monitoring its operation and make changes when necessary, maintain effective communication develop personnel for maximum effectiveness.

4) Develop a budget based on an analysis of needs awareness of availability of resources.

5) Develop priorities with budgetary limitations; approving monitoring the expenditure of funds.

6) Interpret Board policies procedures to staff.

7) Provide ongoing performance management structures for all of the major entities of the organization.
